09:30 hrs                              Arrival of the Chief Guest (greeted by the Chairman of the 33^rd

                                               ICFM, the OIC Secretary General, and the Foreign Minister of Pakistan).

                                               Inaugural Session (Open).

09:35 hrs                              The Chief Guest, the Chairman of 33^rd ICFM, the OIC Secretary

                                               General, and Foreign Minister of Pakistan stand behind their seats

                                               on the podium.  Pakistan’s national anthem is played.

09:40 hrs                              Recitation from the Holy Qur’an.

09:43 hrs                              Opening of the session by the Chairman of the 33^rd ICFM.

09:50 hrs                              Statement by the OIC Secretary General.

09:57 hrs                              Election of Chairman and the other members of the Bureau.

1000-1007 hrs                    Chairman of 34^th ICFM assumes chairmanship and delivers opening

                                               remarks.

1007– 1014 hrs                  Statement by the Representative of the Chairman of the 10^th Session of the
                                               Islamic Summit Conference.

1015-1045 hrs.                   Inaugural Address by the Chief Guest.

1045 – 1100 hrs                 Statements on behalf of the African, Arab and Asian groups.

1100-1130 hrs                    Break

                                               Group Photo of HODs/OIC Secretary General  with the Chief Guest.

                                The Chief Guest departs (seen off by the Foreign Minister and the OIC

Secretary General ).

1130 hrs                               Working Session begins (Closed).

1130 hrs                               Adoption of the Agenda.

1135 hrs                                                Adoption of the Work Programme.

1140-1315 hrs                     Country Statements commence (Plenary)

                Special Committee starts work in parallel in Room 101
